Black soy beans help weight loss?

Did you know that Black soy beans help weight loss? I didn't. I was just reading a bit about it on Healthadel.com and it was kind of interesting. It states that it helps to lower cholesterol, they help lower your blood pressure and are a great way to help prevent the onset of diabetes. The beans are high in protein and can easily be added to any current diet. Check out that and many other treatments at Healthadel.com. I guess I should go get some of these "magic" beans and clean up my act :P.

Soybeans, in general, are great for your overall health. I've never heard of black soybeans - I need to go check them out.
